Applied Theatre
I adapted "Campus Children" into scripts for a Readers Theatre production on the campus of PVAMU. It honored the author and area community members whose stories were highlighted at the event.
Attendees were in awe of my direction and adaptation, as well as the collegiate performers. Also, the overall effect the live performance had on the individuals' hearing and visualizing their biographies highlighted from the book "Campus Children", at the event, which brought students and community members together.
